Why can't I make changes to my Assignment Types?

Scenario:

It is not allowing me to change my assignment types, what am I doing wrong?


Solution:

There are two common reasons that a Teacher will be unable to edit their Assignment Types:

  1. An Administrator has manually disabled making changes to Assignment Types.
  2. The Teacher is attempting to edit Assignment Types for a Class that belongs to a previous Term.

In either case, you should contact one of your school's Administrators for additional information.
